1. OVERVIEW
At YxN Corporation, we strive for complete satisfaction. Given that we deal in digital goods (Nitro, OTT, Keys), the nature of returns differs from physical goods. Please read this policy carefully.
ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND
- Product not delivered within 24 hours without resolution.
- Product delivered is significantly different from description.
- Duplicate payment/double charge for the same order.
- Technical issue confirmed by our team that makes the product unusable within 48 hours.
- Payment deducted but order not placed/confirmed.
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND
- Change of mind after delivery/activation.
- Discord Nitro/Boosts/Decorations already redeemed.
- OTT subscriptions already accessed.
- Game keys redeemed on any platform.
- Refund requested after 48 hours without valid reason.
- Account bans due to user violation of our Terms.
- Issues caused by user's own hardware/software.
2. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
- Contact us: Within 48 hours via Email (yxncheatscorporation@gmail.com) or Discord (@yashxiterss).
- Provide details: Order ID, Transaction ID, product name, and description of the issue.
- Review: Our team will verify your claim within 24–48 business hours.
- Processing: If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. REFUND TIMELINE
- Review: 24–48 hours.
- Processing: 2–3 business days.
- Bank Credit: 5–7 business days (Razorpay/Bank standard).
- UPI: Typically faster (1–3 business days).
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
Digital orders can only be cancelled before delivery/activation. Once a code or credential is sent, cancellation is not possible as the product is considered consumed.
5. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
We strongly discourage initiating unauthorized chargebacks. Fraudulent disputes will result in:
- Immediate permanent ban from all YxN services.
- Reporting to Razorpay and payment authorities.
- Legal action under Indian law for fraud.
